At 1800 meters altitude, within the vast and largely unspoilt nature, the Alpenpark Turracher Höhe has been developed. The project consists of detached design chalet homes with a clear view of the surrounding mountains. The Alpenpark Turracher Höhe is intentionally built in such a way, that it minimally interferes with its surrounding treasures of nature, including the oldest pine forest in Austria. The project has been worked on for the past decade and can be considered one of the most prestigious touristic developments in Austria.
Every house is designed to blend in with the natural environment, including features such as rocks, trees, creek runs and peat meadows. Located on the slopes each chalet has a magnificent view of the panorama of the Gurktaler Alps.
The houses are on two or three levels and have four or five bedrooms with a living area of 120 to 160 m2. Every house is standard fitted with at least two bathrooms and in-house wellness with Jacuzzi whirlpool, infrared sauna and a rain shower. The finishing of the bathrooms is very luxurious.
There are many possible additional works that can be carried out in order to personalize the design of your chalet. By car, the chalet park is directly accessible from the road and a number of ski paths from the slopes above the project lead to the chalets. At least one parking space is planned for each chalet.
The central reception building is located at the bottom of the main ski slope and offers a lounge area, office and workshop for the concierge and a ski locker in the basement for each house.
The houses in Alpenpark Turracher Höhe are being constructed with only high quality materials. As a standard, they are very complete with luxurious bathrooms and first class fittings. In addition, there is a wide range of options and flexibility for customization. An especially for this project composed brochure shows all the details.
